Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must:
- Arrive at the departure port at least 2 hours before departure
- Present valid identification
Follow safety instructions from KNSL staff
Cargo Responsibilities
Customers booking cargo must:
- Provide accurate cargo details (weight, volume in cubic meter, type)
- Ensure cargo is properly packaged
- Comply with all shipping regulations
KNSL is not responsible for damage due to poor packaging.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Hazardous materials
- Illegal goods
- Explosives or dangerous substances
KNSL reserves the right to refuse such cargo.
Liability
- KNSL is not liable for delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen events
- Liability for lost or damaged cargo is limited and subject to investigation
- Passengers travel at their own risk, subject to maritime safety standards
Changes to Schedule
KNSL may:
- Delay or reschedule voyages
- Change vessels when necessary

Refunds and Cancellations
