It also ensures compliance with employment laws and the KNSL Terms and Conditions of Employment Manual. By maintaining fair and transparent HR practices, this role supports a positive working environment and organizational efficiency. Policy Planning and Corporate Governance and Strategic Management

Policy Planning and Corporate Governance is responsible for developing, reviewing, and updating corporate policies to ensure they remain relevant and effective. This function coordinates strategic and business planning processes to align organizational goals with operational activities.

It also plays a key role in promoting good governance, transparency, and accountability across all divisions. By establishing clear guidelines and frameworks, this role ensures that decision-making processes are consistent and well-structured. It supports compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices while fostering organizational integrity. Through effective policy oversight and strategic coordination, it helps drive sustainable growth and efficient management across the organization.

Public Relations and Administrative Services

Public Relations and Administration is responsible for managing corporate communications, customer relations, records management, and general administrative support. This function ensures that all internal and external communications are clear, professional, and aligned with KNSL’s corporate image.

It plays a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the public. In addition, it oversees the proper management of records and documentation to support efficient operations and compliance.
