Booking & Payment

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Arrive at the departure port at least 2 hours before departure
  • Present valid identification

Follow safety instructions from KNSL staff

Cargo Responsibilities

Customers booking cargo must:

  • Provide accurate cargo details (weight, volume in cubic meter, type)
  • Ensure cargo is properly packaged
  • Comply with all shipping regulations

KNSL is not responsible for damage due to poor packaging.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Illegal goods
  • Explosives or dangerous substances

KNSL reserves the right to refuse such cargo.

Liability

  • KNSL is not liable for delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen events
  • Liability for lost or damaged cargo is limited and subject to investigation
  • Passengers travel at their own risk, subject to maritime safety standards

Changes to Schedule

KNSL may:

  • Delay or reschedule voyages
  • Change vessels when necessary

Customers will be notified where possible.

Refunds and Cancellations

All refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Privacy

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and system designs belong to KNSL and may not be copied or used without permission.
